In the Karacasu district of Aydın, for 45 years, we have different types of aromatic olive oil that  depending on the rate of yield. We also made boutique production and experienced the early harvest and cold squeezing performance of our olives in 2017.

We collect the olives, which have not yet reached maturity, by hand, to prevent their damage by different collection methods and to provide maximum benefit. Without touching the soil, we produce olives without waiting and using any chemicals. In this way, Zethoveen has a high polyphenol, antioxidants and vitamin E as a complete health care ingredient.
